NOLA Green Drinks is a monthly event for locals wanting to connect with the environmental community. Every month, someone from a different organization presents on their work. This month, Jenny Netherton, Louisiana Senior Program Manager from the Southeastern Wind Coalition, will present.
Why Go? This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with others in the environmental community while also learning more about a topic that affects you in a more relaxed setting.
Who is it for? Curious folks who want to learn about Offshore and Land-Based Wind Potential in Louisiana and general environmental enthusiasts and professionals.

Windward Bound: Building Louisiana's Future Energy Workforce
Join Nunez on March 28th, 9am-3pm, in the Student Testing and Career Counseling Center on the Nunez Campus for Windward Bound: Building Louisiana's Future Energy Workforce. This event is an opportunity for the public, students, and industry partners to connect and collaborate.
Programming will include expert panelists, a campus tour highlighting the Wind Energy Technology program, and a chance for industry leaders to share insights with students and staff about best practices in the wind energy industry. Breakfast and lunch are provided.
